One of the best things about this job is that I am able to travel around the country and see people and places that I otherwise would have never encountered. One of those places was K.P. Kauffman Co.’s oil field in Fort Lupton, Colorado. With the beautiful Rocky Mountains in the background, the Gov shared his pro-jobs, pro-market, pro-American energy plan.

After the event we had a chance to meet some of the men and women who make this enterprise possible. They are the heart of the American economy who help keep our nation running.  It was great to hear some of their stories and hear them talk to the Gov.

After the Fort Lupton event we traveled to Oklahoma City to speak to the Oklahoma Republican Party. It was an honor to meet Governor Mary Fallin who is working hard for the Gov to build support among Oklahomans.

“I am pleased to have so much support from so many in Oklahoma,” said Mitt Romney. “Their hard work will be necessary to defeat President Obama in November, put in place policies that work for the American people, and bring back economic prosperity to Oklahoma and the rest of the country.”

“Conservatives looking to change Washington and reverse the policies of the last three years should look no further than Mitt Romney,” said Senator Nickles. “Our country can’t afford to continue borrowing trillions of dollars from China to pay for President Obama’s big-government, job-killing policies. Mitt Romney spent his life in the private sector and knows you can’t keep spending more than you take in – your business will fail if you don’t balance your books. Unless we elect a proven budget-cutter like Mitt Romney, our country could face a situation like Greece is facing today. I urge all Oklahomans to come out and vote for Mitt Romney on March 6th – Oklahoma deserves a proven leader like Mitt Romney.”
